Introduction

Renew 89 is the comprehensive vision and action plan launched by Student Governor Matthew G. Simonson at the beginning of the 89th Legislative Year. It outlines NCSL's strategic direction for rebuilding trust with state leaders, expanding student engagement, launching new educational programs, and investing in long-term organizational growth.
