The NCSL Spring Financial Campaign supports one simple goal: keeping student leadership accessible while preparing NCSL for a strong transition into the 90th Legislative Year.
As the 89th Legislative Year comes to a close, NCSL is heading into a historic moment—returning to the North Carolina State Capitol Building for Annual Session (April 17–19) for the first time in several years. Delegates from across the state will come together to debate legislation, practice parliamentary procedure, and experience government where North Carolina’s laws are made.
This year also marks a major milestone for the organization: the NCSL Supreme Court will host its inaugural Mock Trial and Moot Court competition on Friday of Annual Session weekend. The Spring Financial Campaign helps ensure students can fully participate in these opportunities—without financial barriers standing in the way.

Delegate Scholarship Pool to help students attend Annual Session when finances would otherwise prevent participation
