Quote about NCSL:

“NCSL allows students a platform beyond the traditional political environment, allowing for growth and collaboration to bridge the gap of partisan politics. The ultimate mission of the organization is to create future leaders of tomorrow, by developing their public speaking, debate and research skills. We see this mission coming to fruition with each passing delegate. Engaging in the organization brings delegates knowledge inside and outside of politics. Writing legislation on minimum wage laws not only educates you on the political stigma surrounding it, but also how it applies economically. This is just one of many experiences delegates gain while participating in the Legislature.”

“Contention. Civility. Camaraderie.”
