Kai Horn

As Director of Political Strategy, Kai Horn will primarily focus on ensuring healthy debate occurs and that all sides are heard and well represented. In this position he will aim to make NCSL a safe place for all to participate and engage in discussion.

Kai Horn is currently a sophomore at Campbell University, studying History with a focus on the Pre-Law curriculum. His experience with policy debate and interest in global issues will allow him to apply lessons learned.  In his role, the Director of Political Strategy will facilitate healthy conversations on the myriad of topics brought up by the legislature.
