Paige Fink

As Secretary of State, Paige Fink is NCSL’s official record-keeper, responsible for documenting all official proceedings, maintaining membership records, overseeing delegation charters, and compiling legislative records. This role ensures that NCSL operates with transparency and institutional continuity, preserving organizational history and facilitating communication between delegations. Additionally, the Secretary of State compiles an annual legislative compendium, which documents all bills, resolutions, and key decisions made throughout the year.

Paige Fink is a Senior at Campbell University, with a minor in History. A Washington State native, she has been involved in NCSL since August 2022. Outside of NCSL, she is a professional dog handler and instructor and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honors Society. Paige plans to attend law school after completing her undergraduate studies.
